Project Number- 4.1092.95.6, 25092 A detailed description of the work is included in the bid specifications. Each bidder shall prepare their bid proposal, along with a bid security, in accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Bid Specifications. Bidders are to comply with the minimum wage rates to be paid under the contracts, in accordance with Section 220 of the Labor Law and the Prevailing Rate Schedules found in the Project Manual. Submission of certified payroll is required as a condition of the contract. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing the project, including "Equal Opportunity for Employment" requirements. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check made payable to the Mamaroneck Union Free School District or by a Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. Bidders may not withdraw their respective bids for a period of forty-five (45) days after the bid opening date, unless otherwise authorized by law. The District reserves the right to reject bids that contain conditions, omissions, exceptions, or modifications, or to waive any irregularities in the bids, or to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid which in the opinion of the District is in its best interest.
