Sealed bids are being received for project number 061119 titled Rehab Corridor & Replace Bleachers - Merritt Pool. All work under this contract must be completed by August 15, 2026. Bidding and contract documents can be examined free of charge at the campus and specified locations or viewed and purchased through Avalon Document Services. A deposit of $45 is required for the documents unless waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. Bids must be submitted in duplicate according to provided instructions. Bid security of not less than five percent of the total bid is required. Minority, Women, and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business contracting goals are set at 11%, 19%, and 6% respectively. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Prospective bidders shall examine the Bidding and Contract Documents carefully and, before bidding, shall make written request to the Consultant (with a copy thereof to the University) for an interpretation or correction of any ambiguity, inconsistency or error therein which should be discovered by a reasonably prudent bidder. Such interpretation or correction as well as any additional Contract provision the University shall decide to include will be issued in writing by the Consultant as an Addendum, which will be sent to each person recorded as having received a copy ofthe Bidding and Contract Documents from the Consultant, and which also will be available at the places where the Bidding and Contract Documents are available for inspection by prospective bidders
