Dallas Water Utilities Hillcrest Pump Station House Question Deadline 11/12/2025 at 1:00 PM CT Project related questions shall be submitted in online DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A NEW PUMP HOUSE ENCLOSURE AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE SURROUNDING SITE THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF A NEW BUILDING ENCLOSING THE EXISTING PUMP STATION ELEMENTS, PARKING LOT, SITE LIGHTING, PATHWAY CONNECTIONS AND LANDSCAPING THE PUMP HOUSE BUILDING IS TO BE CONTEXTUAL IN DESIGN AND MATERIALS WITH THE SURROUNDING RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD THE PUMP HOUSE WILL SERVE AS A SECURE FACILITY FOR THE CITY OF DALLAS AND DALLAS WATER UTILITIES THE SITE ALSO PROVIDES PARKING AND A PUBLIC ACCESSIBLE ILLUMINATED PATHWAY TO THE REGIONAL TRAIL The Project will include but is not limited to the construction of the following: DWU Hillcrest Road Pump Station House, located at 17404 Hillcrest Road, Dallas, TX 75252 Construction of a 2,963.70 Square Feet enclosure over the existing pump station equipment and improvements to the surrounding site to include, - Parking lot - Lighting - Security fence and gate - Path leading back to future hike and bike trail - Landscaping and irrigation
