Renovation of a municipal facility in Tunbridge, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,000-square-foot municipal facility.
This work consists of construction of building envelope improvements (insulation/air sealing) for the Tunbridge Town Hall . Permits and historic clearance will need to be obtained. A recent energy audit for the building is available by emailing the project contact. Questions may be submitted to Harry Falconer at hfalconer@trorc.org. Harry will create a list of bidders from this request and he will distribute any questions and addenda. Before submitting a proposal, bidders shall examine the town scope documents, visit the work site at the mandatory bidder walkthrough, and fully inform themselves as to all existing conditions. Construction must be completed by April 30, 2026.
