High-Pressure Processing Facility operations, maintenance, and management services are required on Oahu, Hawaii. Bidders will perform and manage all aspects of the facilitys operations and maintenance. Question Submittal Deadline: October 27, 2025; 4:00 P.M. Answers to Questions: October 30, 2025; 4:00 P.M. Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Nakamoto, Ken All questions must be submitted in writing electronic Anticipated Award Date: December 1, 2025 Anticipated Contract Start Date: January 2026 The contract is anticipated to commence on or around January 1, 2026 and shall include a preoperational phase followed by an operational phase. The term of the pre-operation phase is anticipated to be approximately twenty-four (24) months. The operational phase, a sixty (60) month consecutive term, will begin on the date the HPP Facility is officially opened for operations, as determined by the State. The State may, at its sole discretion, extend the operational phase contract term, for up to two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods. ADC also reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to accept any Proposal in whole or in part when in the best interest of the ADC and the State.
