Providing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the Grand Teton National Park Mormon Row Cultural Landscape Improvements - Phase IV, including landscape repairs and improvements that enhance visitor access, safety, preservation, and environmental standards. Work involves repairing and resurfacing trails and viewing areas to meet ABA accessibility requirements; installing clear wayfinding and interpretive signage; constructing a new off-street parking area for approximately 50 vehicles on roughly 2 acres; and building new and improved pedestrian pathways, a raised road crosswalk, fencing, vault toilets, and site furnishings to better manage visitor movement and use. All work must be executed while Mormon Row Road remains open to the public, requiring sequencing that supports continuous visitor access along the nearly three-quarter-mile work corridor. All tasks must be completed with sensitivity to the historic character of the Mormon Row Historic District and in compliance with the applicable specifications, drawings, and supporting documents incorporated in the solicitation.
