The Master Agreement is for janitorial service to be performed at: Henderson Section: 2280 Adams Lane Henderson, KY 42420 Owensboro Section: 2973 Fairview Drive Owensboro, KY 42303 Approximate square footage of each building: 2,000 Service Provided one (1) day a week between 8:00AM and 1:00PM Monday or Friday. The anticipated start date of the contract is October 27, 2025. The successful bidder shall be prepared to begin services on that date. Prior to commencement of contract, the successful bidder must schedule a walk-thru meeting and review the performance criteria with District 2 representative Matt West. Failure to comply with these requirements shall render the bid non-responsive. Failure to tour the facilities or obtain the appropriate signature shall result in the disqualification of the bid response. The Master Agreement will be for the initial period beginning Upon Award and expiring 10/31/2026. This Master Agreement may be extended at the completion of the initial contract period for four (4) additional oneyear periods. This extension must have the written approval of the vendor and the KYTC Division of Purchases. The Commonwealth of Kentucky reserves the right to renegotiate any terms and/or conditions as may be necessary to meet requirements for the extended period. The vendor will be advised of any proposed revisions prior to the renewal periods. In the event proposed revisions cannot be agreed upon, either party shall have the right to withdraw without prejudice from either exercising the option or continuing the contract in an extended period.
