Renovation of an industrial development in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade industrial development.
Sealed proposals are invited for "Re-Roofing and Structural Repairs for Martinsburg, Utility Shop and Shed." Complete bid submissions must be enclosed in a sealed envelope labeled with the project title and bearing the bidder's name and address. Proposals must remain effective for sixty (60) days after bid opening, with a possible extension by mutual agreement. The City of Martinsburg reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or waive any informalities as determined to be in its best interest. Women and minority-owned businesses are encouraged to apply. 421 Randolph Street (Shop) 600 Baltimore (Shed) The City is seeking proposals to purchase and install a new 060 reinforced concrete Carlise TPO / Rhino Bond Membrane EPSFlute Fill Total Roof System (or equivalent), flashing, coping, insulation, and gutters at the Martinsburg Utility Shop (421 Randolph) and Shed (600 Baltimore) as detailed within the below specifications and to provide all labor, equipment, supplies and materials required to provide the services except as specified elsewhere in this document. The City expects all respondents to respond to the entire bid manual. Any proposals received by the City that are not complete will not be considered.
