The City of St. Augustine is looking for reliable contractors to provide derelict vessel removal services. City staff are not authorized to orally interpret the meaning of the specifications or other Agreement documents, or correct any apparent ambiguity, inconsistency, or error therein. In order to be binding upon the City, the interpretation or correction must be given by the Procurement Contact and must be in writing. The Procurement Contact may orally explain the City's procedures and assist Respondents in referring to any applicable provision in the Solicitation documents, but the Respondent is ultimately responsible for submitting the bid in the appropriate form and in accordance with written procedures.
