Bid Package 3 - Concrete Foundations / Elevator / Drilled Piers River City Construction is the CMAR on this project. The following work packages are bidding in bid package 3: 03.3 - Concrete Foundations 14.3 - Machine Roomless Electric Traction Elevator 31.3 - Drilled Piers (Drilling Only) The project consists of approximately 105,000 sf of new building, site work and landscaping, and will be connected to the existing Bertelsmeyer Hall via a connector bridge. The building will consist of a vivarium, laboratory space, offices, and classrooms. The Bioplex will be the final piece to complete Missouri S&T's master planned arrival court.
