Renovation of a municipal facility in Eureka, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and Federal prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3 of the 1968 Housing Act, Segregated Facility, Section 109 of the 1984 Housing and Community Development Act and Executive Order 11246, and the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The City of Eureka, KS is inviting Bids for the Work involving the new construction of Memorial Hall Historic Window Restoration, KS as designated in the Bid Documents. BG Consultants will receive bids on behalf of the City of Eureka, KS for a Contract for the Project. Qualified General Contractors may submit as the General Contractor for this Work. All Bidders are subject to and must comply with applicable state and federal anti-discrimination laws. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding. Question Deadline 10/28/2025
