Reference Number 0000401574 Lead service line replacement This project consists of the replacement of lead and galvanized water services from the water main or curb stop box to the water meter inside the home or building at various locations throughout the City. The work shall be per EGLE's current Lead and Copper Rule and also includes pavement, driveway and sidewalk restoration and lawn restoration. Question Acceptance Deadline 10/24/2025 05:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No A certified check, bank draft or satisfactory bid bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company on the form provided, payable to the City of Grosse Pointe, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The deposit of the successful Bidder shall be forfeited if the bidder fails to execute a contract and bonds within ten (10) days after award. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of bids. *The City of Grosse Pointe reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in the bidding. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, payment, maintenance and guarantee bonds and insurance certificates.
