The work shall be per EGLE's current Lead and Copper Rule and also includes pavement, driveway and sidewalk restoration and lawn restoration. Question Acceptance Deadline 10/24/2025 05:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No A certified check, bank draft or satisfactory bid bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company on the form provided, payable to the City of Grosse Pointe, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The deposit of the successful Bidder shall be forfeited if the bidder fails to execute a contract and bonds within ten (10) days after award. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of bids. *The City of Grosse Pointe reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in the bidding. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, payment, maintenance and guarantee bonds and insurance certificates.
