Removal, disposal and replacement of the existing low slope roof at the upper roof only of the existing roof system, and associated components, down to the original deck or substrate. Contractor shall provide and install new low slope roofing system and all associated components for a complete warrantable installation as outlined in the project documents. Miscellaneous repair work shall be performed to the existing thermoplastic roofing system at the lower roof areas as outlined in the project documents, and performed in such a manner so as not to void the existing manufacturer's warranty. Contractor shall be an approved applicator of the existing manufacturer for a period of not less than two years prior to this project. Municipal Meeting 12/15/2025 Board of Trustees Meeting - Recommendation of Contract Award At Roof Areas A and B, remove and replace all existing roof drains with new cast iron roof drains to match existing in size, type, style, etc. New roof drains shall have cast iron strainer and be connected to the existing drain leader lines. Contractor to include all fittings, adapters, supports, hangers, clamps, bracing, etc. for a complete and functional installation. Contractor is solely responsible to verify all conditions prior to bidding or commencement of work. Contractor shall test all drains upon completion for leaks. Roof drain tests shall be video recorded by contractor. Owner and contractor representative shall be present at the tests.
