The Town of Oro Valley Water Utility is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide professional services for on-call municipal water works drafting services. Services will be requested by the Town on an as-needed, if-needed basis, and the resultant contract is neither exclusive nor is there a commitment by the Town that the contractor's services will be required. Instructions to bidders: Proposals must be received by the Town of Oro Valley by the specified due date and time. Proposals must be mailed or hand delivered in a sealed envelope that clearly indicates 'SEALED PROPOSAL' along with the Request for Proposal Title, Request for Qualification Number, Proposal Due Date and Time, and the Offeror's Name and Address. Offerors are responsible for obtaining any amendments related to the solicitation.
