The County of Hunterdon is soliciting proposals through the competitive contracting process in accordance with NJ.S.A. 40A:11-4.1, et seq. Event bid description: Proposals will be made in the form designated therein and required by the specifications, enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed or hand delivered to: Hunterdon County Purchasing Department Raymond E. Rule, Jr., Purchasing Agent 71 Main Street, 2nd Floor, PO Box 2900 Flemington, NJ 08822-2900 Proposals are to be clearly marked with identification of the item proposed: "PROPOSAL 0073-2025, "Hunterdon County Code Blue Warming Center". The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject all proposals or to waive any minor informality in the Proposal received and to accept bids all in accordance with applicable law.
