Site work and paving for a civil project in Lehi, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.
Lehi City Wastewater Department is seeking bids to rehabilitate the Jordan Willows Lift Station at 600 South Willow Way Road. The project includes replacing all valves and piping in the dry and wet wells with new coated piping per attached plan set, and installing a new meter vault with updated piping and valves. A temporary 2,600-foot sewer bypass will be required during construction, managed entirely by the contractor. All work must follow approved plans and schedules, with the lift station fully restored to normal operation upon completion. Questions Due Date Online Portal Deadline to submit Questions Oct 16th 2025, 5:00 PM MDT Lift Station Rehabilitation o Remove and replace all existing check valves, isolation valves, and associated piping within both the dry well and wet well. o Install all new piping and valves in accordance with the attached plan set. o Ensure all new piping is properly coated to meet corrosion protection requirements. Meter Vault Replacement o Remove the existing meter manhole. o Install a new vault assembly with new piping, a bypass valve, and all other required valving and appurtenances as detailed in the project plan set. o Verify all new installations meet applicable codes and standards. Sewer Bypass Operations o Provide and maintain a temporary sewer bypass system to ensure uninterrupted service during construction. o The bypass system shall extend approximately 2,600 linear feet to maintain gravity flow until the onsite bypass system is installed and operational. o The contractor shall be fully responsible for the design, installation, monitoring, and operation of the bypass system throughout the duration of the project. Site Restoration and Commissioning o Upon completion of rehabilitation activities, restore the lift station to full operational capacity. o Test and verify all new equipment, valves, and piping for proper operation and performance. o Restore the site to its original condition or better, including any disturbed surfaces or structures. Contractor Responsibilities The selected contractor shall: o Perform all work in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, and project schedule provided by Lehi City. o Coordinate closely with the Lehi City Wastewater Department throughout all phases of the project. o Provide all necessary equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and safety measures required for successful project completion. o Ensure all work complies with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and Lehi City standards. o Maintain continuous operation of the lift station to the maximum extent possible during construction. Deliverables o Fully rehabilitated and operational Jordan Willows Lift Station. o As-built documentation of all installed components. o Final inspection and testing results verifying system functionality.
