Remodeling of an office development in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade office development.

**As of January 15th, 2026, the project was awarded to Construction Services of Pennsylvania , with an awarded amount of $20,687.36.** The Texas General Land Office issues this Invitation for Bids to solicit bids from qualified firms to provide and install window treatments at the Stephen F. Austin Building, located at 1700 N Congress Avenue, Austin, TX 78701. No additional instructions to bidders or expanded details of the scope of work are present in the text provided. Class 870 / Item 50,60; Class 909 / Item 48 Vendor shall be responsible for the demolition and removal of existing products and packaging materials from site. On-site dumpsters will not be available for use. The awarded Bidder shall furnish and install: o (46) Manual single roller shades with heavy duty clutch and 4" bronze fascia to match window frames. Fabric shall be T screen KoolBlack Charcoal/White 3%. Black sided fabric to face the room. Brand example: Hunter Douglas. o (10) Manual dual roller shades with side channels, middle channels and backplate at two conference rooms. Fabric shall be T screen KoolBlack Charcoal/White 3%. Black sided fabric to face the room. Brand example: Hunter Douglas. Windows are approximately 53" Width X 100" Length; however, field measurements and frame color verification are required if awarded. NOTE: Substitutions may be proposed and submitted; however, they must meet or exceed the specifications of the items listed above. All proposed substitutions will be evaluated and approved or denied at the GLO's sole discretion. Bidders must submit detailed specifications for any substitution. The Texas General Land Office ("GLO") issues this Invitation for Bids ("IFB") to solicit bids from qualified firms to provide and install window treatments at the newly renovated 2nd (second) floor of the Stephen F. Austin Building (SFA), located at 1700 N Congress Avenue, Austin, TX 78701. GLO is renovating the recently acquired workspace on the SFA 2nd floor to relocate staff. GLO is proposing to replace the existing vertical blinds with energy-saving roller shades to provide a functioning, safe working environment for staff and increase the energy efficiency of the building.
