Remodeling of a playground / park / athletic field in Tolleson, Arizona. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Tolleson is seeking a single, responsive and responsible bidder for the conversion of lighting at Veterans Park from Halogen to LED. The selected bidder will be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all required work. The scope includes the conversion of lighting on a total of 8 sports light poles; specifically, 4 light poles with 6 Halogen lights each on the Multipurpose field, 2 poles with 5 Halogen lights each, and 2 poles with 4 Halogen lights each on the Baseball Field, totaling 42 lights to convert to LED. The LED lights must be compatible with MUSCO Control Link. Bidders must fully comply with all requirements specified. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the OpenGov Procurement Portal. Direct contact with selection committee members or any city employee concerning this request is strictly prohibited. All submittals must include a cover letter expressing interest and resources for the project, a description of experience and qualifications, references for similar projects, and acknowledgment of the proposal.
