This work is part of the 2nd phase of the project to renovate and redevelop Block C of the 1000 Fullum Street building in Montreal. IMPORTANT NOTICES Attention: The Corporation has revised its contractual documents in order to comply with the amendments made to the Regulation respecting construction contracts of public bodies, which came into force on March 20, 2025. We invite you to carefully read all the contractual documentation to take note of the changes made. Bidders who wish to receive clarification regarding the call for tenders must communicate in writing to the email address designated below, taking care to mention the contract, project and SEAO notice numbers in the subject line of the email. The Company reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification that does not result in a change to the tender documents submitted by a bidder if such request is received five working days or less before the deadline for receipt of tenders. DURATION OF THE WORK The work required under this tender must be completely completed in 42 weeks (including public holidays, mandatory annual leave days (ex: construction vacations) and the deadlines required for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date provided for in the contract or upon receipt of written authorization from the Company.
