A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This Project Consists Of Renovating A Portion Of The Existing Dry Prong Community Center. Approximately 655 S.f. Of The 2,813 S.f. (heated) Building Is To Be Renovated To Be Used As Offices For The Local Police. A New Partition Wall Will Be Constructed To Separate The New Police Station From The Existing Community Center. The Existing Building Is A Pre-engineered Metal Building On A Concrete Slab. Base Bid - Includes All Work To The Portion Of Building That Receives Alterations For The Police Station Except For The New Mechanical Work.
