Renovation of a mixed-use development in New York, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Contractor shall completely prepare the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials to perform work for Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Infrastructure Upgrades as required by drawings and specifications. The scope includes electrical upgrades (panels, normal and emergency power), bonding, UPS systems, Building Management System interfaces, HVAC upgrades and installations, reconfiguration and renovation of existing spaces, and construction of a new Data Center. Specific work includes renovating Building 14's first floor Regional Data Center space, installing communication infrastructure (data outlets, patch panels, Cat 6A cable upgrades), physical security enhancements, upgrading fiber infrastructure campus-wide, site civil work, and hazardous material abatement. Work will be performed across Buildings 1, 2, 4, 14, 15, and surrounding site areas. In accordance with VAAR 836.204, the magnitude of construction is between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
