Renovation of a mixed-use development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Notice ID - 36C26326B0002, 618-24-115, 36C26325B0027 Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to remove and replace two failing steam coils at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System. The coils are located in the Energy Center (Building 69) and the penthouse of the main hospital (Building 70), and must be replaced with freeze-proof models. Additionally, the steam trap serving Makeup Air Unit (MAU #3) in the Energy Center will be removed and replaced with two steam traps run in parallel to ensure continuous service during maintenance operations. All work must be performed in accordance with the construction documents. The magnitude of construction cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Questions shall be Question Deadline 11/06/2025 at 10:00 AM CT Questions of a technical nature and inquiries concerning this solicitation must be provided in writing and shall be submitted by the prospective offerors to the Contract Specialist, Ben Woehrle, and Contracting Officer, Eric Reis. Questions shall be submitted only via email to: benjamin.woehrle@va.gov, copy eric.reis@va.gov. The subject line must read: PN: 618-24-115 Replace Coil MAU #3 and #38 Questions. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
