Reference Number 0000401549 Question Deadline 10/31/2025 at 1:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes Participation Requirements - Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) - Minority Business Participation - Native American Participation - Service-Disabled Veteran Owned - Women-Owned Business Participation The Material Handling Facility is a one-story building that is primarily used as a warehouse for storage of raw and waste materials relating to the Commission's maintenance operations, (i.e., waste catch basin/sewer sediments, gravel, and crushed stone). The Facility consists of approximately 32,000 square feet of unheated warehouse space and 2,600 square feet of office/workspace. The facility is operational 24-hours per day, 7-days per week. The Commission is seeking a contract for snow maintenance services for snow maintenance for the site's public sidewalks and entranceways. The contract period will be January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2028, with an option to extend twice in one-year increments. The Commission intends to hire a certified contractor which will provide snow maintenance services at its Material Handling Facility, 180-220 Alford Street, Boston, Massachusetts. The services of the company shall include the following work activities, schedules, and minimum staffing requirements.
