Reference Number 0000305015 Closing Date 2025/11/19 04:00:00 PM EST Ornge is seeking Janitorial Services at its Thunder Bay facility at 2027 Derek Burney Drive, Thunder Bay, ON, P7K 0A1 (the “Building”). The services required are full janitorial services that include but not limited to workforce, uniforms, tools and materials, and equipment and products for general maintenance services as detailed within the RFP. Janitorial Services will be for the 29,000 sq. ft. hangar and three storey offices. Service is required 7 days a week, with some ad hoc services as and when required. There are 75 to 100 people currently working at this location. Note the drawings attached as a separate document indicating the details of the additions. The estimated square footage of the is 7,200, The total square footage after the addition will approximately 36,500.
