You will be held to comply with the insurance requirements as specified by LBWC herein, and in the event of your failure or inability to meet the insurance requirements after the award of bid, LBWC shall have the right to consider such failure to be a material noncompliance by the successful bidder and will look to exercise its right by rejecting the bids.
