The County of Polk is considering applying to the Texas General Land Office for the 2024 CDBG-DR Local Communities Program Funds. Accordingly, the County is seeking to contract with a Grant Administration Firm registered to practice in the State of Texas to prepare all preliminary application, environmental review and final design plans and specifications, and to manage construction and all other necessary administrative duties. These services are being solicited to assist Polk County in its application preparation and project implementation of a CDBG-DR contract(s), if awarded, to support eligible activities in Polk County. This RFP is scheduled to be considered in a Commissioner's Court session to be held on Wednesday November 12, 2025 The Polk County Commissioners Court reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit Proposals, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards.
