Renovation of a water / sewer project in Manistee, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: This project includes the replacement of an existing air handler, condensing unit and (4) VAV boxes. The facility will be upgraded from pneumatic controls to Tridium-based DDC. Prospective bidders must download the Contract Documents from online portal, be included on the Planholder's list, and receive all addenda. The contractor is responsible for ensuring all addendums have been received and acknowledged prior to the submittal of the bid. For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email only to Andrew Farron at andrew.farron@spicergroup.com. All email questions must be received by 3p.m. on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
