Triad Local Schools is requesting the services of companies for lawn care for all district owned facilities/land for the 2025-2026 and 2026- 2027 school years, with an option for the district to continue services for the 2027-2028 school year (With prices included). The services will be provided as requested, and working in conjunction with the mDirector of Operations. -Basic facts about the services needed: - Keep grass mowed to approximately 3 in height throughout the season, approximately twice per week during the spring and then once per week during summer, with possible additional requests by owner - Mow athletic fields as needed for athletic events to be worked through the maintenance department, athletic director and coaches. The main stadium field needs to be mowed with a reel mower. - All mowing shall be performed after school hours or when school is not in session - Be available to respond to call-ins for possible emergency asneeded situations. Please provide to the Treasurer a proposal which will include the following: a. Name of Company b. Name of Owner c. Proof of Insurance Both Liability and Ohio BWC Insurance d. Rates to mow all of the grassy area of the school district in one of the following formats: - Rate per hour with committed hours to mow all areas - Rate per occurrence of mowing all areas - Include rate per hour or occurrence of mowing the following specific areas: HS baseball, HS softball, HS football fields. Please note that football field clippings must be removed from the field. - Include hourly rate to perform trimming as needed at all required locations. - Include hourly rate to apply Round Up (or equivalent) on an as needed basis. Either format is acceptable, but totals need to be clearly stated e. Type of equipment used to mow these areas. f. Three (3) references of companies that you do business with. g. Billing cycle and format of invoice. h. Locked in rates for 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 school year, with an option for the district to continue services for the 2027-2028 school year (With prices) ADDITIONAL QUOTES: Please provide us an estimate for fertilizer services for the athletic fields. THE DISTRICT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS.
