As of December 04, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded either on January 13 or 27, 2025. The project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials (except as otherwise specified), and performing all work necessary for the construction of a four-lane divided suburban arterial between the Dallas North Tollway and Coleman Street. The project includes a roundabout, concrete curb and gutter roadway, underground drainage improvements, median landscape, street lighting, and a twelve-inch water line. The successful contractor is required to furnish a Performance Bond (115% of the contract amount), a Payment Bond (100% of the contract amount), and a Maintenance Bond (100% of the contract amount) covering defects of material and workmanship for two years after acceptance. All bonds must be provided by an approved surety company licensed in the State of Texas. Proposals should be submitted online through IonWave.net or in hard copy to the Town of Prosper.
