Sealed bids are requested for Justice Court Interior Painting under Bid No. EH25-048. Bidders must submit proposals on specified forms in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name and bid name clearly marked. Each submission must include a bid deposit of 10% of the amount bid and a Certificate of Non-Collusion. The Town of East Hampton may reject any or all bids and waive informalities or irregularities in proposals. Specifications can be examined or obtained at the Purchasing Office or by contacting the provided email addresses or phone number during specified business hours. All bidders are strongly urged to attend a pre-bid meeting held on site. PROJECT SCOPE A. The work to be performed under this Contract shall include all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals required to perform the proposed construction as indicated in the Specifications, shown on the Contract Drawings and/or as approved by the Towns Designated Representative. B. In general, the work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Mobilization 2. Temporary Protection of existing features to remain 3. Pipe Scaffolding as required within each courtroom. 4. All work required for the preparation, priming and painting of all interior painted finishes within the project spaces as identified in the contract drawings (Existing Courtroom #1, Existing Courtroom #2, Existing Attorney Interview Room, Existing Lobbies and Corridors), including but not limited to walls, wall trim/wainscotting, metal & wood door leaves and trim, window frames and trim, wood base, painted ceilings and ceiling beams.
