As of 12/29/2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award was not determined. A. The Work of this Contract comprises the general construction of a new 5,500 sf office buiding. the building wil be a pre-engineered metal building frame with wood stud walls. The exterior finishes will be rock faced concrete block wainscot with painted cement board siding above. The windows will be fixed aluminum storefront. +It will be located in McGregor Texas for the Board of Regents of The Texas A&M University System. B. The Drawings and Specifications do not necessarily indicate or describe all Work required for completion of Project. C. The Contract Documents describe the essential elements sufficiently to determine the scope of the Project. D. Provide all items required for complete operating systems including items not necessarily shown in these Contract Documents, but that can be reasonably inferred as being required for a complete operating system. E. The Drawings and Specifications indicate the basic quality of material and quality of construction required for the entire Project.
