Any questions must be received by the Owner through email no later than 2:00 p.m., local time, on Friday, November 7, 2025 In general, the improvements for which bids are requested will consist of the following: The coordination, installation and startup of a prefabricated booster pump station, four (4) 30,000 gallon hydropneumatic tanks, stand-by generator, automatic transfer switch in compliance with all governing specifications, permits and regulations. General site work including, but not limited to the construction of the permanent access roads, site work, fencing, installation of water mains, natural gas service, electrical services and other appurtenances necessary to complete the project. The prefabricated booster pump station, hydropneumatic tanks, stand-by generator and automatic transfer switch are being pre-purchased by the City and will be delivered to the site(s) at an approved time and location. Subject to the right of the Owner to reject any or all bids, the Owner will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best responsible bid(s). Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best responsible bidder(s).
