Shiel Sexton is seeking qualified subcontractor bids for the Arlington Middle School Track and Stadium Improvements project for work associated with the following bid packages: Contract No. 01 - Demolition, Earthwork, & Site Utilities; Contract No. 02 - General Trades; Contract No. 03 - Electrical. Plans and specifications will be available online. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total base bid amount. Sealed bids shall be submitted to Shiel Sexton, Attention: Kyle Petre, at Shiel Sexton Company, 902 N Capitol Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46204. The public reading of the bids will be conducted at Shiel Sexton Company. Name and Brief Summary: o Arlington Middle School Stadium Improvements o Work for this bid package will include demolition of the existing stadium and replacing it with a new press box and bleachers, demolition and put back of southeast parking lot, new lighting throughout, and upgraded communications cabling.
