Site work for a development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
Scope of Work of the Contract includes excavation, import fill, rip rap and granular fill installation, concrete slope paving construction, and rip rap removal and replacement to repair an existing area of erosion within Harpers Preserve Channel. The project is located east of Harpers Trace, and 1,100 feet south of Goshawk Trail. bidder shall submit a certified or cashiers check on a responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) cashiers check or five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. For construction contracts over $250,000, the bidder shall submit either a two percent (2%) certified or cashier's check or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashiers check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of sixty (90) days from the date bids are open. Question Deadline 10/27/2025 Online submisison.
