The reconstruction of Northern Boulevard Phase B2 (Acal Place to 250-ft west of Unser Boulevard, and 300-ft east of Edinburgh Street/Fruta Road to Broadmoor Boulevard) includes some roadway widening, intersection improvements, safety features, drainage improvements, corridor lighting, incorporation of Intelligent Traffic Systems (ITS) improvements associated with Phase B1. Also included in the project are water and sewer improvements to be funded by the Utility Net Revenue. The project is included in the City's 2026-2031 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of October 18, 2025, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
