Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope of the project generally consists of, but not limited to, providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools and supervision necessary to regrade an existing drainage ditch and install approximately 250 LF of storm sewer pipe and associated storm sewer structures including sidewalk, roadway and driveway replacement for any disturbed surfaces. The successful bidder shall provide performance and payment bonds, proof of insurance and licenses as specified. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The Contract will be awarded to a qualified, responsive and responsible Bidder, subject to the approval of The City of Elizabethtown. The City of Elizabethtown reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to let the contract as a whole or for any part, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received. a. Replace existing damaged storm sewer infrastructure to increase capacity and reduce flooding b. Reduce erosion in open channel between 419 and 417 Red Bud Dr.
