Paving and renovation of a multi-residential development in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from certified licensed roofers for the rehabilitation of one home located in Sequoyah County. The work will be completed according to the work write-up, must be finished in 2 working days, and should commence within two weeks of notification or liquidated damages of $100.00 per day will be charged for extensions past the contract end date. Bidders must complete the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and Work Write Up. Preference in selection will be given to TERO certified contractors. Proof of TERO certification must be provided with bid submittals. Award of contract will be based on the lowest, most responsive bid in accordance with HACN Procurement Policy and subject to the availability of funds. All bidders are responsible for their own costs associated with bid preparation and submission. Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline, and late bids will not be considered. The bid is subject to Section 7(b) of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act, and Cherokee Nation TERO requirements, including applicable fees and completion of TERO Labor Agreements by the successful bidder. Question Deadline: 10/20/2025: Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening.
