Site work and paving for a communication facility in Wilson, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade communication facility; and for paving for a communication facility.
The City of Wilson - Greenlight invites contractors to submit bids for Construction Services for NCDOT Project U-5945 Signal System Communications Upgrade. Construction for this project must be completed by the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) LET date of April 28, 2026. The project will be phased to align with the order of construction established by NCDOT. Greenlight will provide the order of construction at the pre-construction meeting and reserves the right to modify or adjust the sequence of the work as necessary to align with the NCDOT order. Bidders must include flexibility to accommodate such adjustments in the sequence of work as directed by Greenlight; no additional compensation will be provided for compliance with these requirements. No oral interpretation will be made to any Bidder asto the meaning of the Bidding Documents. Questions and requests for such interpretation shall be made in writing to the City.
