The City of Richmond, Virginia on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities, seeks bids from qualified firms for general construction contracting services related to the City's CSO Outfall 024 project . The Project will entail intercepting surface stormwater drainage from a 41 acre area and discharging it through a new stormwater collection pipeline to a new stormwater outfall to Gillies Creek. Q/A :- Request for Interpretations Due:November 9, 2025, 5:00pm If any person contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed Work is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the proposed Contract Documents or discrepancies of any sort between existing conditions and proposed new Work, he must submit a written request for an interpretation through OpenGov The project consists of a new stormwater collection/conveyance system will be constructed on City of Richmond Gillies Creek Park property and City right-of-way consisting of an inlet collection structure, approximately 900 linear feet of 42-inch diameter stormwater piping, five (5) 96" diameter manholes, a discharge structure and all appurtenant work required
