Any questions regarding this project shall be addressed to Rhoda Hoffman, Purchasing Supervisor, with the County of Imperial Purchasing Department by email at rhodahoffman@co.imperial.ca.us, SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work is for the Construction Services required for the Imperial County Information Technology Services / Wall Demolition and Office Upgrades consisting of: 1- Demolition of an interior non-bearing wall 10' L X 9' H. 2- Remove the existing door and frame and save. 3- Removal of existing window and dispose it 4- Relocation of (1) 115v duplex receptacle. 5- Existing light switch to be removed and patch the hole. 6- Removal of the existing roll carpet and cove base. 7- Install (1) 1x7 wood board to cover the gap left from the wall removal and paint it to match the existing T grid color. 8- Rewire existing lighting in office No. 4 and tie them to the switch in office No. 3. 9- Install a new 120v duplex receptacle. 10- Install a new 2x4 electrical box w/a 3/4 conduit from above ceiling grid for data drops ( Cabling will be installed by ITS) 11- Install (1) Occupancy sensor light switch in room No. 3. 12- Prep floor as required and install new vinyl planks flooring (289 SF) and 4" rubber cove base (78 LF). 13- Install (3) rubber transitions to match the cove base color. 14- Patch, texture, and paint the impacted walls to match the existing texture and color. 15- A minimum of 1 year on parts and labor warranty. (See the Plans and Specifications for References at Exhibit "k") The project will need to be completed within ten (10) working days after the award of the project. Scope of Work is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and perform all operations as required work, as indicated in construction documents, specified herein, or reasonably required to complete the work. County Project No.SR7292IS. The CONTRACTOR shall perform the work as herein defined, and shall provide all labor, materials, tools, utility services and transportation to complete in a workman like manner all the work required in connection with the following titled project: Imperial County Information Technology Services / Wall Demolition and Office Upgrades 940 Main St. Suite 204, El Centro, CA County Project No. SR7292IS In addition, to all other conditions and requirements, CONTRACTOR agrees to execute and comply with the requirements and conditions set forth in the attached Exhibits "A", "B" and "C".
