The project involves the replacement of an existing 6-foot culvert with a new precast box culvert and wingwalls along the Cold Brook on Northam Road in the Town of Shrewsbury, Vermont. The work includes mobilization, traffic control, sediment and erosion control, excavation, control of water, removal of the existing culvert, installation of the new precast culvert and wingwalls, full-depth roadway reconstruction, asphalt paving, pavement markings, guardrail, restoration, and related roadway and channel work according to the contract plans and specifications. Bidders must register with MSK as a plan holder to obtain the bidding documents, which are available from a designated online website.
