Comprehensive services are required for the Lake Norfork Water Intake, Water Transmission Main, and Water Treatment Plant infrastructure improvement project. The work includes confirmation of the lake intake structure location and establishment of a buffer zone, property and route surveys, geotechnical investigations, preliminary design for the intake, transmission main, and treatment plant upgrades, as well as project management, coordination, and regulatory compliance with USACE, EPA, ADH, and local requirements. Respondents must be licensed professional engineering firms in Arkansas with at least 10 years of water infrastructure project experience, demonstrated experience with USACE, ADH, and federally funded projects. Submissions must include five bound copies and one electronic PDF copy on a USB drive, delivered to the Mayor's Office. Submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted. Up to three firms may be shortlisted for interviews prior to final selection. The City of Mountain Home reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, waive irregularities, or cancel the solicitation.
