The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to provide professional landscape maintenance services for all Abilene Housing Authority (AHA) properties. Services shall be performed in a manner that ensures a safe, clean, and wellmaintained environment consistent with HUD UPCS standards and industry best practices. The Contractor shall schedule and complete all of the work during the normal business hours of 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Locations where the work may be performed are the following Corporate Office 1149 E. South 11th Street, Abilene, TX 79602 Earl W. Williams Complex 4398 N 7th Street, Abilene, TX 79603 Riviera Complex 3001 N 6th, Abilene, TX 79603 V. E. Brailsford Complex (formerly Vogel Apartments) 2100 and 2250 Vogel Street, Abilene, TX 79603 Robert Deegan Place 3402 Rebecca Lane, Abilene, TX 79604 Landscaping Installation and Maintenance Services, specifically Lawn Care Service, for the Housing Authority of the City of Abilene. Contract type is a firm fixed-price contract. Delivery location is 1149 E. South 11th Street, Abilene, TX 79602.
