Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

**As of December 4th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The City of Casper wishes to improve existing infrastructure and expand accessibility at and around the Bandshell at Washington park between McKinley Street and Jefferson Street. The work includes bandshell restoration and preservation, bandshell access, ADA accessibility, and drainage improvements, permanent restrooms serving the south side of the park, pathway/trail improvements, landscaping, irrigation, food truck parking, park lighting, and additional ADA enhancements. The selected consultant shall prepare design documents, assist with bidding, and perform construction administrative and oversight associated with the project. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The City of Casper wishes to improve existing infrastructure and expand accessibility at and around the Bandshell at Washington park between McKinley Street and Jefferson Street. The work includes bandshell restoration and preservation, bandshell access, ADA accessibility, and drainage improvements, permanent restrooms serving the south side of the park, pathway/trail improvements, landscaping, irrigation, food truck parking, park lighting, and additional ADA enhancements. The selected consultant shall prepare design documents, assist with bidding, and perform construction administrative and oversight associated with the project. The project budget is provided by the Specific Purpose Sales and Use Tax Proposition 8 in the amount of ($1,500,000) and a Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant (LWCF) grant number 56-00972 CFDA #15.916 in the amount of ($1,500,000). All work is subject to terms and conditions set forward by the Grant, LWCF Misc. Certs and Clauses that are required as part of this proposal.
