This requirement is for technical representative support for alarm, signal, and security detection systems. The contractor shall provide commercial items in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and the attached solicitation documents. All quoted materials must be Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant and delivered on a Brand Name or Equal basis. The contractor must include all associated costs in the quoted price, including shipping, freight, tariffs, and duties. Documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming authorized reseller or distributor status is required. The procurement will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13 and awarded on a firm fixed-price basis. Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Offerors must submit historical data and published pricing at the time of proposal and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). All offers must comply unconditionally with the terms and conditions of the solicitation.
