Renovation of a multi-residential development in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Flooring and Interior Painting and Finish Refurbishment/ Replacement, Common Areas, Lobbies and Corridors at Various Locations, Ottawa, Ontario Replacing existing flooring within corridors/ hallways by fully removing existing flooring down to the concrete/ wood subfloor; patch repairing, leveling, and skim coating the subfloor; and installing new fully adhered luxury vinyl tile (i.e. Polyflor Commercial PUR). Replacing existing flooring within main and elevator lobbies by fully removing existing flooring down to the concrete/ wood subfloor; patch repairing, leveling and skim coating the sub-floor; and installing new ceramic tile flooring or luxury vinyl tile. Replace existing ceramic wall tiles with new ceramic wall tiles. Replacement of existing mailboxes. Removing and abating existing asbestos containing flooring, where present. Patch repairing existing walls, priming and re-painting within corridors, lobbies and common areas (Note: existing wall and ceiling finishes may be asbestos containing and require abatement measures in order to patch repairs). Replacing existing baseboard trim and installing new stainless steel corner guards at outside wall corners within corridors.
