Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 270,056-square-foot, four-story above grade, 192-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility.
The Project is to build a four story 192 bed long term care home comprising approximately 152,419 square feet with six resident home areas. Project to commence December 16, 2025 and to achieve Substantial Performance of the Work by March 2028, subject to any agreed upon changes to the Project Schedule. LAURIN invites trade contractors to submit Stipulated Price Quotations (the Quotation) to perform the following Work: - Building excavation/backfilling and site preparation - Site services - Landscaping - Asphalt paving - Fencing - Formwork - Insulated concrete forms - Reinforcing steel - Concrete supply - Concrete finishing - Precast concrete hollow core slabs - Architectural precast concrete - Self-levelling topping for precast concrete floor slabs - Masonry - Structural steel - Miscellaneous Metal fabrications, steel stairs and ladders - Roof-mounted duct cross-over - Rough carpentry - Millwork, finish carpentry - Waterproofing - Foamed-in-place insulation - EIFS - EPDM roofing - Fire stopping - Joint sealants - Doors and frames, finish hardware - Aluminum doors and frames, glazed curtain wall - Coiling vertical lift doors - Automatic swinging door entrance operators - Vinyl windows - Drywall - Flooring - Painting - Toilet compartments, washroom accessories - Wall protection, corner guards and hygienic wall covering - Metal lockers - Gearless traction passenger elevator - Refuse and linen chutes - Fire suppression system - Plumbing - HVAC - Electrical and fire alarm system.
