Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in New York, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, test equipment, shop drawings, technical manuals, transportation, calculations, and safety necessary for the replacement of E.D automatic doors in accordance with VA specifications. Work must comply with all VA design guidelines and requirements. The contractor is required to perform a minimum of 15% of the construction work. Project completion is required within 10 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Location: VA New York Harbor Healthcare System - Brooklyn Campus, 800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, NY 11209.
