Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Kisbey, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,000-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Municipality invites qualified Design-Build Contractors to submit proposals for the design and construction of a new approximately 2,000 square foot municipal office building. This project will follow a two-stage process: Stage 1 will be delivered under a CCDC 5A Construction Management for Services contract to complete the design and produce a Class A estimate. Stage 2 will transition to a CCDC 14 Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract for the construction phase, based on the accepted Class A estimate. The Municipality reserves the right to award the contract not necessarily to the lowest cost proposal but to the one that provides the best overall value.
