The City of Derby, Kansas invites proposals from vendors to provide concessions at Rock River Rapids. Proposers should submit an emailed proposal and two hard copies of the Response Form along with a comprehensive proposal in a sealed envelope. The envelope should be clearly marked with the Proposer’s name and address and identified as “Submission of Proposal— Rock River Rapids Concessionaire.” All proposals must be valid for 90 days, and it is the sole responsibility of the proposer to ensure timely delivery of all documents. Any response received after the scheduled closing time will not be considered. Proposers are responsible for checking the City of Derby’s website for addenda and must acknowledge all addenda in their response. Proposed pricing for services may be disclosed at a public meeting. Other proprietary information will not be divulged during the review process unless required by law. The evaluation process will consider the proposer’s ability to handle the scope of services.
